Our Visión and Focus

Misión Surf is a social impact hotel and surf school, created to generate self-sustainable income for Mision Mexico Foundation and provide community outreach support to the youth and families of Puerto Madero. We are a small, 6-bedroom, beachfront property located 30 minutes outside of Tapachula, Chiapas.

Role Context

We are looking for a skilled and reliable maintenance person to help with general maintenance and repairs in our beach hotel, our Tapachula children’s home and our community centre(s).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in carpentry or general maintenance

  • Energetic

  • Valid ‘Working with Children Check’ / Criminal Records Check prior to placement.

  • Conversational in either English or Spanish

  • 21 years or older

  • No drug use
